Laab Gai Thai salad of minced chicken

Product Details

Laab Gai is a spicy Thai salad of minced meat (about 150g) and champignons, flavored with lime juice, fish sauce, roasted rice powder and fresh "long" coriander (also called European grass). The perfect balance of sour, salty and spicy aromas makes this dish a refreshing classic of Isan cuisine, served with a portion of jasmine rice.
